Air Pollution Control Board meeting on the draft air permit for the proposed Atlantic Coast Pipeline compressor station in Union Hill.  The hearing will be held at the Greater Richmond Convention Center, Exhibit Hall Building, Level 2, Room E21-AB, 301 N. 3rd Street, Richmond, Virginia 23219.

We hope this citizen board will listen to citizens instead of the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality officials.  And we hope the Air Pollution Control Board understands their duties and their powers – unlike the State Water Control Board, whose chair said after their meeting that he did not know or understand that the SWCB could turn down the permit for the ACP!
