Send your comments on the DEIS to FERC!  Drop in any time between 3:00 and 7:00 p.m. in the RVCC Rockfish University Room for a comment-writing workshop  on March 19, 2017.  We’ll walk you through the online commenting system and help you make comments if you want a hand.
