Friends of Buckingham will sponsor a Property Rights and Environmental Issues Educational Forum on Sunday February 12, 2017, 2-4 pm, in the Buckingham Middle School cafeteria.

- VA Sierra Club Kirk Bowers: Review the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)
- Wild Virginia,and Friends of Nelson, Ernie Reed: Signing up as an intervenor and preparing comments to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC)
- Central Shenendoah, Thomas Hadwin: Economic impacts of the ACP
