This strategy session led by members of No ACP will last about 2 hours, followed by a Q&A discussion. Several interactive activities are included in the training. We’ll talk about roles in the resistance – both individual roles within organizations, and community roles within statewide resistance. We’ll explore tactical escalation along a timeline of resistance. Other topics include spectrum of allyship; risk assessment; movement sustainability and messaging. We’ll do our best to answer questions about specific tactics and relationship of the ACP to the greater (inter)national fight against pipelines.  The presentation and discussion will thrive on active participation. Our design will assure an equal foundation for understanding direct action while the community input throughout will illuminate pathways to resistance and fill in strategic or tactical gaps through community-specific knowledge.  More info/material may be added to the agenda in the coming week so stay tuned!
