This hearing has been postponed until October 24, 2016.  On October 17, 2016 there will be a continuation of the first Planning Commission public hearing on September 26, 2016, so that the remaining people who signed up to speak at that may be heard (time ran out before their turn).

A public hearing will be held for air permits for the proposed compressor station for the Atlantic Coast Pipeline (ACP) at the Buckingham County Board of Supervisors meeting.  The hearing will be held in the Buckingham County Administrative Building at 7:00 pm.

This public hearing will be a chance for you to voice your concerns about the compressor station. It’s important that many people show up; Friends of Buckingham wants to pack the room. Your presence alone is important, but please feel empowered to speak up. We are allotted three minutes (sharp) of speaking time  for each person. Buckingham County requires that you sign up to speak before the meeting, so please show up early.
