POSTPONED – Survey Suit Hearings in Nelson Circuit Court

The survey suit cases scheduled to be heard in Nelson County Circuit Court on Tuesday and Thursday October 4 and 6, 2016, have been continued, and will be held at a later date. More information (why? new date?) when we have it.
9:30-11:30 a.m., Tuesday October 4, 2016: Hearings for the 3 landowners represented by Appalachian Mountain Advocates, including Horizons Village Property Owners Association. Also at this time/date: one property owner represented by Chuck Lollar (for whom the demurrer was filed on a different day than for his other clients).
