Air Pollution Control Board meeting on the draft air permit for the proposed Atlantic Coast Pipeline compressor station in Union Hill.  At their November 9, 2018, meeting, the Board voted unanimously to postpone a vote on the permit until their next meeting on December 10, 2018.  (The December 10 meeting was postponed because of snow, and will now be held on December 19.)

In an unprecedented action less than one week later, on Thursday, Nov. 15, Governor Ralph Northam removed and replaced the two members of the Air Board most demanding of accurate information and environmental justice.  Any action by a uninformed and late packed board whose members have not all heard public opinion on the ACP compressor station is not legitimate.  Mark your calendars to attend the meeting and register your objections to the process.
