A hearing in Buckingham County Circuit Court before Judge Donald Blessing has been scheduled on ACP’s motions for entry of an order granting it entry upon private properties to survey, inspect and REMOVE “items of interest” (to ACP) without owners’ consent (or even knowledge as to exact times and identity of property removed). At the hearing, lawyer Chuck Loller will be giving oral arguments on motions to dismiss these lawsuits against his Buckingham clients because VC 56-49.01 violates Virginia’s recently amended Constitution and because ACP presently has no power of eminent domain.  Come out to show support for our neighbors in this first case of Dominion/ACP vs landowners.
