UPDATE:  Date changed to Saturday February 20 (because of threatening weather for Feb. 15)  Join NO ACP and other groups and concerned citizens at the Virginia State Capitol in Richmond to protest Dominion’s lackadaisical concern for and negligent treatment of our rivers, streams, and water supplies! Dominion intends to pollute our rivers directly through dumping toxic coal ash, and indirectly, through sedimentation and erosion pollution from pipeline construction in steep and karst-filled terrain.
