Tuesday, February 10: Nelson County Board of Supervisors Meeting, County Courthouse, General District Courtroom, Lovingston, 2:00 pm. This meeting of the Board of Supervisors included the agenda item “Dominion Request for Land Use Meeting with Nelson County Staff.” Friends of Nelson supporters attended this meeting and requested that public hearings be held BEFORE any permits are granted to build the Atlantic Coast Pipeline in the county, such as permits to build in flood plains or for variances to sedimentation and erosion plans.
