The case that five Nelson landowners brought against Dominion, charging that the “survey without permission” statute (VA 56-49.01) is unconstitutional, will be heard in Charlottesville in federal court on Tuesday, August 4th, at 11:00 a.m.  Please wear appropriate attire to attend the court hearing.  This is not a rally but an opportunity to demonstrate public support and interest in this important case.
