The survey suit cases scheduled to be heard in Nelson County Circuit Court on Thursday November 10, 2016, have been continued, and will be held at a later date. More information (why? new date?) when we have it.

9:30-10-30 a.m., Thursday November 10, 2016: Hearings for the 6 landowners represented by Michael Derdeyn (includes the Averitt and Fenton Inn properties).
