Disobedience Movie and *Break Free* Discussion

May 9, 2016 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Join the Piedmont Group of the Sierra Club, Transition Charlottesville and 350 Central Virginia to watch great film and be inspired by a global wave of regular people everywhere resisting fossil fuels.

In a way, this film is a follow-up to Disruption which played a big role in mobilizing people for the People’s Climate March in 2014 — so you know it will have an impact. As the climate crisis builds, “Disobedience” challenges us to ask ourselves: “What kinds of action are called for? And what can I do?”

Attend the Disobedience watch party and connect with local members of the movement and find out more about plans for participating in the “Keep it in the Ground” demonstration in DC.
