Dominion Resources’ annual shareholder meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 11th, 2016, in Columbia, SC, and a group of climate-concerned shareholders will be introducing five resolutions aimed at getting Dominion to clean up its act. Meanwhile, dozens more activists will be rallying outside.

Whether it’s Dominion’s push to build hundreds of miles of new fracked-gas pipeline, its corner-cutting to dump toxic coal ash wastewater into our rivers, or its attacks on rooftop solar, it’s never been more clear: Dominion is the single biggest obstacle to setting a new direction for our energy future in Virginia.

That’s why a group of Dominion shareholders is pushing back.
